Japanese Scene (A14H)
- Make a shaving cream background using red and purple acrylic paints.
- Stamp or computer generate an appropriate design in black ink. (Must use something with very bold lines - thin lines do not show up well on the background).
- Trim background and tape to purple card stock, then to size H dark red card stock, 3/8" from top, bottom and left side, leaving more of a red border on the right.
- Stamp or computer generate Geisha on white shrink plastic , color with pink and purple chalk and shrink.
- Edge piece with purple gel pen and clear emboss
- Rub entire piece with clear embossing ink and clear emboss
- Use E6000 glue to attach to top right of card
Stamps: I used clip art for both the scene and the Geisha. I put the shrink plastic through my laser printer and it came up rather lumpy. Would be better to use a stamp
