  • 3 Santas (H43Q)

I created the white portion of the card digitally, but you could do it with stitch, "Merry Christmas" and holly stamps:
    1. Draw a black rectangle 4 3/4" wide by 3 1/2" high
    2. Draw 2 red dotted lines; place them approximately 1 3/4" and 3 1/8" from left side
    3. Draw a red dotted line and center horizontally
    4. Type "Merry Christmas", duplicate twice, and place in boxes as shown
    5. Add holly dingbat font below text
    6. Add Santa dingbat in alternate squares
        To color Santa digitally:
      1. Open a new image and using the text tool, place Santa in the center
      2. Using a small round Brush, "paint" the portions that you want red (you may have to zoom in to keep within the lines)
    7. Print piece on white cardstock, along with three extra Santas
    8. Trim the piece close to the black lines, and attach to a red 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" red card with red eyelets
    9. Cut out the three extra Santas and attach on top of the printed Santas with foam tape
    10. Brush the white areas with glue and then brush with glitter

    3. Gold emboss both pieces
    4. Cut music paper to 4 3/4" square
