Madonna (H1H)

    1. Print verse on front of size H cream card stock (or stamp if printer not available)
    2. Using a light table, trace the design from the template onto the card
    3. Trace the lines with an embossing pen, and emboss in gold. (Do this in steps. If you try to trace the whole card before embossing, the embossing fluid will dry up, and you take the chance of smudging the powder that hasn't been heated yet)
    4. Apply chalks to design as shown on card
    5. Cut edge of card with deckle scissors and color in edge with gold gel pen
    6. Color star in heading with gold gel pen

Embossed Wise Men (H2H)

  1. Stamp wise men on beige card stock and gold emboss.
  2. Stamp stars on size H dark blue card stock and silver emboss

  4. Attach beige card to blue card with double sided tape
  5. Glue sheer gold ribbon at top

Credits: All Night Media Celestial Set (star). I didn't have a Wise Men stamp, so I printed a clip art image, then used a light table and traced around the outline. I then drew over each line with an embossing pen and gold embossed. . Copied from a card by Sue Nelson

Vellum Trees (H3H)

  1. Cut piece of vellum 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", and trim one edge with deckle scissors.
  2. Sponge white ink through template onto vellum, then clear emboss
  3. Take q-tip or small eye make-up sponge and rub green ink along tree edges as shown
  4. Paint clear glitter paint along opposite edges of trees and swirl design along bottom. (I used fabric paint 'cause that's what I had in the house)
  5. Print verse on inside of size H green card stock.
  6. Punch holes in top of vellum and front of green card and thread through sheer beige ribbon.

Credits: None, but using a tree stamp would be much easier. Copied from a card by Sue Nelson

Technique: Lay acetate over template and draw image with permanent marker. Cut out image with exacto knife or small scissors. Email me for tree template.
