These are quick Christmas cards - all can be made in about 10 minutes






 

 

 

Wise Men (HQ10Q)

  1. Outline a folded quarter size green card with gold Krylon pen
  2. Stamp pine branch with olive ink on sage card and tape to green card
  3. Computer generate wise men using purple ink on cream card stock
  4. Cut in tag shape, sponge lightly with olive ink and punch hole in top
  5. Ink the edges of tag with olive ink, tape to purple cardstock which is 1/8" larger than tag
  6. Thread green raffia through hole
  7. Attach to card with foam tape

Three Presents (HQ11Q)

  1. Ink spatter stamp, stamp on scrap paper once and without reinking, stamp on white card stock. Repeat until covered
  2. Trim white piece and tape to quarter size folded red card
  3. Stamp a small piece of green cardstock with gold stars, and a piece of white cardstock with holly leaves. Draw berries with red marker
  4. Draw lines on a piece of red card stock with gold Krylon pen
  5. Cut "presents" and tape to card as shown
  6. Tape a piece of red ribbon to cover presents
  7. Computer generate "Merry Christmas" on white card stock, cut in a tag shape, rub green ink on the edges and punch a hole in top
  8. Thread thin red cord through the hold in the tag and tie in a bow
  9. Glue cord to the card and put a small piece of foam tape behind the tag to keep it in place

Let Us Adore Him (HQ12Q)

  1. Computer generate Bethlehem and text on vellum using an ink jet printer (not a laser printer)
  2. IMMEDIATELY sprinkle with gold embossing powder and emboss. (Have your embossing powder ready - you don't want the ink to dry on the vellum. Also, keep your heat gun further from the paper than usual so you don't warp the vellum)
  3. Tear the bottom edge of the vellum and outline with a marker
  4. Outline a red quarter-size folded card with gold Krylon pen
  5. Layer vellum to a piece of cream card stock, tearing the bottom so it doesn't exactly match the vellum
  6. Tape white piece to the red card
  7. Punch two holes in the top through all layers, attach red eyelets, and thread red ribbon through, tying in a bow

Bethlehem (HQ13Q)

  1. Outline a folded quarter size green card with gold Krylon pen
  2. Stamp pine branch with olive ink on sage card and tape to green card
  3. Computer generate Bethlehem using purple ink on cream card stock, and sponge lightly with olive ink
  4. Tear the edges, ink with olive ink and tape to purple cardstock
  5. Attach to card with foam tape

Jesus Tree (HQ14Q)

  1. Outline a folded quarter size green card with gold Krylon pen and set aside
  2. Computer generate Names of Jesus on white card stock and lightly stipple with green ink
  3. Outline with gold Krylon pen
  4. Tape to red cardstock, then to folded green card
  5. Attach green eyelets in each corner as shown
  6. Stamp star in gold ink on top of tree

    Stamps: computer generated

Heaven Sing (HQ15Q)

  1. Outline a folded quarter size green card with gold Krylon pen and set aside
  2. Computer generate music on cream card stock, tear edges and outline with gold pen
  3. Tape to folded card
  4. Computer generate text in red ink on vellum, tear edges and attach with red eyelets

Joy (HQ16Q)

  1. Outline a folded quarter size green card with gold Krylon pen and set aside
  2. Stamp some green ribbon with gold stars and set aside
  3. Computer generate the letters J and Y on red card stock, leaving enough room between them to insert the tag
  4. Attach to the green card with green eyelets
  5. Computer generate the holly on vellum, cut in a circle and outline with a silver Krylon pen (you could use a purchased tag)
  6. Punch a hole in the top and tie the green ribbon through
  7. Attach to the card with vellum tape
