Clay Celtic Design (M15S*)
- For background: spread a little acrylic paint on an old credit card and drag the edge along a piece of white card. Dry with heat gun and repeat with two other colors. (I used light and dark blue and purple). (Found technique on a web site, but don't remember which one)
- Stamp celtic designs with clear embossing ink and silver emboss
- Trim to 4 1/2" square and tape to size S lilac card that has been outlined with a silver Krylon pen
- Clay piece:
- Roll out silver clay and stamp celtic design with purple ink, pressing into clay.
- Using Sculpey shaplet, trim excess clay away.
- Roll out purple metallic clay thinner than silver piece. Lay silver piece on top and cut purple piece a little larger.
- Press clay together, then make hole in bottom
- Rub silver clay with silver pearl-ex
- Bake according to directions
- Lay clay piece on cardboard and outline; cut cardboard a little larger than the clay.
- Rub cardboard with clear embossing ink and silver emboss.

- Print text on a sheet of white card stock, and trim so that the text will show through the "window" in the black card
- Brayer several shades of purple and just a tiny bit of goldenrod over the entire white card with the text. Ink sparingly on the right side so you can hand write a message
