Goldleaf Leaves (N50H)

  1. Stamp leaf background on acetate with black memories ink and CAREFULLY heat set (acetate melts and/or buckles easily)
  2. Rub clear embossing ink on reverse side of acetate, sprinkle with sticky embossing powder and carefully heat til melted.
  3. Press gold leaf flakes into sticky powder. Click here for detailed instructions on Gold Leafing
  4. Tear brown, tan and cream card as shown and outline with gold Krylon pen
  5. Stamp leaves on size H yellow-orange card
  6. Attach brown piece to card with tape; tan piece with foam dots; cream piece with foam dots, and acetate with tape
  7. Twist green Artistic wire into dragonfly shape and attach with E6000 glue.
  8. Three copper wire with beads and twist ends; glue to card.

Sun Bookmark (N51)

  1. Stamp sun on two pieces of acetate. Put a few drops of red and orange reinkers on the STAMPED side of one of the pieces and add a little Future Floor Wax to spread. Let dry
  2. Press the second piece of acetate to the first, making sure the the images line up exactly
  3. Cut out bookmark from two pieces of yellow-orange card and stamp both sides with images.
  4. Trim the acetate and center in the opening on one of the bookmark pieces, using double-sided tape to attach.
  5. Use doubled sided tape to attach the two bookmark pieces
  6. Punch a hole in the top and thread through some fibers or ribbon

Flower Bouquet (N52H) (Can use any saying)

  1. Lightly stipple pink and a little green ink on size H cream textured card
  2. Computer generate flower bouquet on cream texture card and use water color pencils for color
  3. Tear the bottom and layer to decorative green paper, then pink card - tear the bottoms of all
  4. Tape to stippled card and put eyelets at top right corners
  5. Computer generate "Happy Birthday" or any saying, layer to torn green decorative paper and attach to card with flower eyelets
  6. Thread sheer white ribbon through top eyelets and tie in bow

Flower Bouquet-Quick Version (N53Q)

  1. Lightly stipple pink and a little green ink on quarter size folded cream textured card
  2. Computer generate flower bouquet on cream texture card and color with water color pencils, blending with Dove blender
  3. Tear the bottom and layer to decorative green paper, then to pink card - tear the bottoms of all
  4. Tape to stippled card and put eyelets at top right corners
  5. Set eyelet with flower in bottom right corner
  6. Thread thin pink ribbon through top eyelets and tie in bow

Wildflowers (N54H)

  1. Stamp flower stamp randomly on glossy white paper with clear embossing ink
  2. Brayer with purple and olive ink and wipe ink from flowers
  3. Tape to size H cream speckled card
  4. Stamp dark purple flower on a piece of cream speckled card, and without reinking, stamp twice more. Repeat with lilac flower and stamp once more without reinking
  5. Rub purple ink pad around edges and layer to purple card stock
  6. Tear bottom of each piece and attach to card with eyelets
  7. Print verse on vellum, layer to purple card stock, tear bottoms and attach with eyelets

    Stamps: Rubber Stampede Delphinium

    I used pigment ink, forgetting that it doesn't dry on glossy paper. After I wiped the ink off the flowers, I wiped the entire piece several times with a tissue until no more ink came off.

Butterfly Collage (N55H)

  1. Computer generate the collage on cream paper.
  2. Mask the edges and brayer with heliotrope, apricot and coral pigment ink
  3. Tear 3 strips of vellum and sponge with the above colors
  4. Tape vellum to size H cream card and attach collage with foam dots
  5. Tie sheer purple ribbon at top
  6. Pin on butterfly CD pin

Butterfly Collage #2 (N56H)

  1. Computer generate the collage on cream paper.
  2. Brayer with olive, peony & marigold pigment ink, tear the edges and outline in gold Krylon pen
  3. Stipple size H cream card with same colors and stamp 3 butterflies in green
  4. Attach collage to card with foam dots
  5. Pin on butterfly CD pin
