Near the Sea (NN16H)

  1. Print photo on the bottom half of an 8 1/2 x 11" sheet of white cardstock
  2. Fold the cardstock in half so the photo is the front of the card and trim any edges if necessary (my printer won't print to the very edge).
  3. Print the text using QuaNautical2 for the word "Sea" and Ruach font for the rest, on vellum.
  4. Trim and attach to the card at the top with blue eyelets. (Not attaching at the bottom allows you to lift the vellum to see the photo more clearly).
  5. Print the compass on vellum, tear the edges and punch a hole in the top.
  6. Tie a small piece of rope through the top, into a knot, and glue to top right corner of card.
  7. Tie another piece of rope into a knot and glue to the bottom left corner.

    QuaNautical 2 (Paul Lloyd)
Ruach (this comes with most Windows operating systems, but in case you don't have it, here's the link: http://www.freestyleopm.com/font.html
