Timeless (M42H)

  1. Prepare a Crackle Technique background using cream and sage paint
  2. Trim and attach to a 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" folded oatmeal card
  3. Tear a strip of yellow vellum, attach to the bottom of the crackled piece with copper eyelets
  4. Attach self-adhesive letter tags
  5. Computer generate Italian text in green ink on sage cardstock and tear the edges
  6. Crumple the paper, straighten and rub an olive ink pad along the edges and raised portions
  7. Attach to crackle background with foam tape
  8. Stamp Watch collage on oatmeal cardstock with black Memories ink
  9. Tear the edges and rub with an olive inkpad
  10. Attach to yellow vellum
  11. Tear the edges of the vellum and attach to card with foam tape
  12. Glue a watch part in the center.

Venere Postage (M43Q)

  1. Wet watercolor paper and paint with Twinkling H2O's, blending colors.
  2. Let dry (or heat with heat gun)
  3. Stamp randomly with Face Watch & Calligraphy Stamp using purple ink
  4. My paper curled so I pressed between the pages of a book while I made the other parts of the card
  5. Stamp Venere Postoid 4 times with black Memories ink on white cardstock
  6. Color with watercolor pencils, blending with a Dove blender
  7. Cut out with postage-edge decorative scissors
  8. Layer watercolor piece to purple textured paper and then to a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4" tan card
  9. Attach the stamps with foam tape
  10. Tape a real postage stamp to some purple decorative paper and cut in a tag shape
  11. Punch a hole, thread with purple fibers and attach to corner of card with foam tape

Purple Girl (R44H)

  1. Cut purple cardstock 9 1/4" x 8" and fold in half to make a card 9 1/4" x 4."
  2. Cut lilac cardstock approx. 9" x 3 3/4."
  3. Cut four uneven rectangles of purple decorative paper and tape to lilac cardstock, overlapping edges slightly
  4. Lay a piece of lace on sheer purple ribbon, and thread both through a buckle
  5. Tape to the back of the lilac cardstock
  6. Tape the lilac to the folded purple card
  7. Stamp woman on white cardstock that has a bit of roughness
  8. Color image with chalk and spray with workable fixative
  9. Continue adding layers of color. (I colored the hair yellow, then added some copper Pearl-Ex for color and shine)
  10. Trim closely, tear the bottom edge and rub with chalk
  11. Spray with matt sealer
  12. Layer to a strip of black cardstock and tear the bottom
  13. Attach to card with foam tape.

Midsummer Night's Dream (R45H)

  1. Computer generate text (Midsummer Night's Dream) on white cardstock
  2. Trim and tape to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" peach card and set aside
  3. Computer generate three rectangles with thick black borders on white cardstock
  4. Mask edges and between the rectangles (I used yellow stickies)
  5. Stipple with various shades of green and peach
  6. Ink Lady Dove stamp with black Staz-On and stamp in center
  7. Remove masks
  8. Layer to black cardstock, leaving a very thin border and attach to card with foam tape
  9. Stamp two doves separately and stipple one green and one peach
  10. Cut out, spread with a thin layer of glue and dust with glitter
  11. Cover both with Glossy Accents and let dry
  12. Attach to card with a bit of foam tape in the center of each, letting the wings curl slightly
  13. String beads on copper wire, twist the ends, and glue to card.

Vellum Wrapped Card (R46H)

  1. Outline a folded half-size dark red card with gold Krylon pen
  2. Attach decorative paper, leaving 1/4" all around
  3. Computer generate image of girl on white card stock and cut into a tag shape
  4. Attach sheer ribbon and string pearls through the hole at the top
  5. Cut wrap from vellum and outline in gold Krylon pen
  6. Glue a piece of handmade paper to vellum with E6000 glue and attach tag with foam tape
  7. Computer generate label holder, tape greeting to back and attach to card with gold eyelets
  8. Wrap vellum around card and tuck end into the slits

    Stamps: None. I got the pattern for the vellum wrap from Your Creative Spirit web site. However, when I printed the pattern, it was too small to fit even a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card so I enlarged it to fit this 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" card.

    The label holder was made by mw and was downloaded from the Scrapbook-bytes web site

Small Vellum Wrapped Card (R47Q)

  1. Cut a piece of decorative paper 1/4" smaller than a folded 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" oatmeal card.
  2. Thread lace through a gold ribbon holder and wrap around decorative paper, attaching on the back
  3. Attach decorative paper to the folded card
  4. Cut wrap from vellum and outline in gold Krylon pen
  5. Attach a butterfly sticker to the vellum
  6. Wrap vellum around card and tuck end into the slits

    Stamps: None. I got the pattern for the vellum wrap from Your Creative Spirit web site. However, when I printed the pattern, it was too small to fit a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card so I enlarged it

Purple Flapper (R48Q)

  1. Trim shiny decorative purple paper 1/4" smaller than folded 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" black card and attach
  2. Computer generate flapper image onto purple paper and layer to black cardstock, cut 1/8" larger
  3. Attach to card with foam tape
  4. Wrap sheer purple ribbon around edge of card and attach ends with double-sided tape
  5. Make a bow from purple ribbon and attach with E6000 glue
  6. Glue a purple "gemstone" as an earring
