Rainbow Blocks (R77H)

  1. Computer generate 3 rectangles on glossy white paper (there are also stamps available)
  2. Stipple with 4 colors of dye ink (pigment will not dry on glossy paper)(I used Ranger Electric stamp-it-pink, violet, turquoise, lime)
  3. Stamp images with black Memories ink and let dry.
  4. Using rainbow dye pad, stamp white card with Italian poetry
  5. Attach rainbow blocks to purple card, then to white poetry card, then to pink card
  6. Glue sheer rainbow ribbon bow and gold heart charm

    Gold Rose (R78H)

    1. Stamp rose with clear embossing ink on vellum 4 times as shown
    2. Sprinkle with Heat and Stick Powder and emboss; then add Fashion Flakes Gold Leaf. Click here for detailed instructions on Gold Leafing
    3. Trim around roses as shown, and cut vellum so 1/2" wraps around back of red card
    4. Stamp hearts on red card and follow gold leaf process
    5. Attach vellum to back of red card with double stick tape
    6. Punch holes through front of red card and vellum and attach sheer gold ribbon bow

Mother's Day (R79H-any saying)

  1. Stamp vellum piece with clear embossing ink and clear emboss
  2. Sponge pink and purple ink over entire piece. (Instead of "tapping" the sponge, I actually rubbed the color on as the vellum is "slippery.")
  3. Wipe embossed images with paper towel to remove ink
  4. Layer to size H cream card which has been outlined with Krylon gold marker
  5. Computer generate the text in purple on lilac card.
  6. Layer to mauve metallic piece and attach to card
  7. Glue small purple bow and white ribbon rose.

World Enough and Time (R80H)

  1. Computer generate clock collage and print on white card
  2. Sponge purple, magenta and blue ink over entire piece.
  3. Tape to black card, then to size H purple card
  4. Computer generate verse on white card and stipple same colors of ink
  5. Tape to black card and attach to main card with foam dots
  6. String several beads on thin purple ribbon and glue to top of card with E6000 glue.
  7. Glue old watch face to verse piece

Mysterious Face (R81H)

  1. Computer generate face and Italian text and print on white card
  2. Print image on scrap paper and tear around the image, creating a freeform mask
  3. Place torn scrap paper over image on white card and brayer over the entire card. Remove scrap paper
  4. Trim piece and layer on dark yellow, then size H purple card

    Stamps: None. Email me for image. For text, I used an online translation program to convert English to Italian, then pasted into my graphics program and changed to a fancy font.

Faith, Hope, Love (R82H)

  1. Computer generate hearts on white card and cut out, leaving thin white border
  2. Computer generate the words on size H white card
  3. Brayer the card with yellow, red and orange ink
  4. Attach the hearts with foam dots
  5. Tie a thin red ribbon along edge

Purple Rose (R83H)

  1. Cut three 1 1/2" x 4" pieces from vellum, tear the edges, and sponge each with a different shade of purple
  2. Using the same colors of ink, stamp Paris Rose on cream card
  3. Using the same colors again, stamp Paris Rose on translucent shrink plastic and shrink with heat gun
  4. Tape vellum pieces to size H cream card as shown
  5. Attach Paris rose with foam dots
  6. Glue a thin purple ribbon bow at the top (using E6000) glue, making the "tail" of one side longer than the other
  7. Bring the right side of the ribbon to the bottom of the card and glue the shrink plastic piece on top. (I actually cut the ribbon that went behind the plastic because it was visible behind the translucent piece.)

Purple Rose CD Pin Card (R84H)

  1. Prepare card as above but instead of making the shrink plastic piece, attach the CD pin
