Heart of a Friend (R119Q)

    Print text on cream card stock using Scriptina and Snippet fonts, trim, and attach to a 5 1/2" square olive card.
  1. Stamp woman on cream cardstock, tear bottom and layer to paint strip, then to corrugated olive cardstock.
  2. Tear the bottoms of both the paint strip and corrugated piece.
  3. Tie a ribbon around this piece, tying ends in a knot in front.
  4. Attach to card with foam tape.

Classy (R119-a S)

  1. Prepare Digital Classy Paper in both black and white
  2. Print black background on 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock, fold and trim to a 5 1/4" square card
  3. Print white background on white cardstock and tape to card
  4. Cut four pieces of gingham ribbon, mitering edges, and glue to card, covering seam between backgrounds
  5. Print Classy Lady clip art (this was originally black and white and I added some purple touches in Paint Shop Pro)
  6. Matt to black cardstock and attach to card with foam tape
  7. Attach a purple silk flower to bottom left corner with a black brad, and stick down the petals with tiny pieces of foam tape.

Buttons n' Lace (R120Q)

  1. Cut a piece of cream cardstock 4"x5" and use lace punch border all around edges to end up with a piece that is 3 1/2" x 4 1/2"
  2. Layer to 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" oatmeal cardstock, and then to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" tan card
  3. Print girl on vellum and attach to the center with vellum tape
  4. Glue two pieces of lace to bottom left corner and glue buttons on top

Broken Toys (R121)

    This was created as an 8 1/2" x 11" framed picture, but could be reduced to make a card
  1. Sponge edges of tan cardstock with tea dye distress ink
  2. Cut a piece of floral paper, leaving a 1/4" border, and tearing the bottom, and attach to background
  3. Layer a 6 1/2" x 8" piece of striped paper to light pink cardstock, tearing the bottom, and attach to background
  4. Print verse with brown ink on vellum, ink edges and tear the bottom
  5. Attach to background with vellum tape
  6. Attach a jump ring to a key charm, and attach to 3/4" sheer cream ribbon
  7. Tie a knot about 1" from the ends of the ribbon, and attach ends to the back of the layout
  8. Glue a heart next to the key and add bits of glue to tack down the charms and ribbon so it doesn't move
  9. Lightly sponge 3 paper daisies with tea dye ink and attach to top corner with gold antique brads
