Cover
I didn't want to leave the cover blank, so I created the "B" and attached it:
- In a graphics program, set your fill on the stripes that you want to use, and your stroke on nil
- Type the letter "B" in Casablanca Antique font, and use your Pick tool to stretch it as large as you want (I wanted a letter about 7 1/2" high)
- Print on white cardstock, and cut out, leaving a little white border
- Tie an olive ribbon around the top and glue several buttons to the bottom left
